BACKGROUND
An Advance Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Methodology is a 3rd Level of LSS Series. In this course, you will be learning the objectives below:

• To be a Project Leader to launch, initiate and solve business process improvement projects by using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• To cover cross-functional problem in your organization by team up with different function from different division/department.
• Apply Lean concepts as waste reduction, value stream mapping, quick changeover, and mistake proofing.
• Apply statistical data analyses and tools to determine the relationship between key inputs and process outputs.
• Effectively manage team and work with leadership to remove barriers and achieve project success using tools and techniques.
  Close projects and handover control to process owners.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
6-days Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training is a fun and interactive Lean Six Sigma Training develops participants becoming project leaders and problem-solvers who can regularly improve processes.
Following the disciplined DMAIC, participants learn how to collect, analyze performance data, identify inefficiencies and problems, pinpoint the root causes of those problems and institute new protocols to greatly improve processes. They also obtain skills in leading teams through the process of change.
