BACKGROUND
The right topic taught in the wrong way can lead to disaster: lost, wasted time, and professional embarrassment for the person tasked with designing or delivering the course. Ironically, often the cause of the failure is lack of training for the trainer.
Training needs to be a systematic process which begins with analyzing the training requirement in the context of business demands, and leads on to designing and delivering appropriate training solutions and evaluating the relevance of the learning to the organizational needs.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
